Let us take you on a journey of sensory pleasures

We will tour the winery to discover the history and  the know-how that results in our award-winning wines, and then we will offer you a delightful dining experience with views over the vinyard.

You will try a selection of our wines, paired with specially-designed menus by Galician Chef Andrés Sancha, co-founder with Ana Digón of “Cocina Regenerativa”, a culinary project based around using healthy and locally-sourced ingredients, from farmers who grow their plants and animals with respect towards nature and the land, just as we do at Bodega Corisca.

This exquisitely prepared and presented menu begins with entrées that will be served with our youngest wine.

We will then move on to a more evolved vintage that will enhance the first course and its local sea produce.

Our most special wine, from the oldest vines, is Corisca Finca Muiño, and it will accompany the main course of meats from local farms.

This lovingly created harmony of wine and food will end on a sweet note with a delicious dessert and some local digestive liquors.

The natural beauty and atmosphere of the winery offer an ideal location in which to enjoy this experience.

MENU I

 ENTRÉES

  • Suckling goat liver paté with apple, nuts and a touch of local liquor
  • Iberian pork cold meats on toasted bread

 FIRST COURSE

  • Marinated seasonal local fish with salad and pickled vegetables from our organic garden

MAIN COURSE

  • Slow-cooked beef cheeks with carrot and lemon verbena purée, and baba ganoush (roasted aubergine paté)

DESSERT

  • Cocoa and fennel seed cake with pear and green curry ice-cream

WINES

  • The menu will be served and paired with our award-winning wines.
  • In order to appreciate the evolution of Corisca wines, we will begin tasting the younger white with the entrées, followed by a more mature vintage with the first course.
  • The main course will be enjoyed with our most special wine, which is matured on lees for 12 months: Corisca Finca Muiño.

  • Suckling goat liver paté with apple, nuts and a touch of local liquor
  • Iberian pork cold meats on toasted bread
  • Corn flour pie with bay scallops and algae

 FIRST COURSE

  • Marinated seasonal local fish with salad and pickled vegetables from our organic garden

MAIN COURSE

  • Slow-cooked boneless suckling goat stuffed with nuts and artisan creamy cheese (tetilla), with roast potato and celeriac purées, and spicy mayonnaise

DESSERT

  • Cocoa and fennel seed cake with pear and green curry ice-cream
