Come visit our winery, where we offer an enchanting environment surrounded by forests and vineyards—a place to enjoy our wines and tranquility while connecting with nature. Bodega Corisca is located in a typical restored Galician stone farmhouse that has preserved its essence and history.
We’ll take you into the vineyard, where we’ll explain the principles of organic viticulture—cultivating in harmony with nature rather than fighting against it. You’ll learn about the origin of our terroir and the biodiversity of our surroundings. Inside the winery, you’ll witness all the steps and processes involved in crafting our award-winning organic wines.
After the visit we will go to the winery’s tasting room, with views of the vineyard where you will taste our organic Albariño wines, accompanied by simple and tasty gastronomy proposals, combining a perfect evening with real cuisine and authentic wines.

OPTION 1.- VERTICAL TASTING OF CORISCA WITH OUR PETISCO
We will taste our Corisca wine, an Albariño with three months of aging on lees, in two different vintages, doing a vertical tasting, to appreciate the evolution of the wine, and to be able to experience how good wines grow in the mouth.
Tasting of 2 wines

Hours: Monday to Friday: 12:00 p.m. Minimum two people
Saturday 12:00 p.m. To take place there must be a minimum of 4 people reservations.

OPTION 2.- COMPLETE TASTING OF CORISCA WINES AND TAPAS
The perfect choice to enjoy the experience in Corisca.
Taste the range of Corisca wines: A vertical tasting of our Corisca wine, aged on three lees, from two different vintages to appreciate its evolution and also our most special plot wine Corisca Finca Muiño, from vineyards over 50 years old and aging on lees for one year.

We leave you our tasting room so you can celebrate your events, in an environment for you and yours exclusively.
We offer you the possibility of an open buffet menu and a catering menu.
BUFFET MENU
At your leisure and with your friends or loved ones, we offer you the following menu in which you can freely taste, enjoying the good atmosphere and the place together.
Catering table with:
- Turnip top and teat empanada
- Potato omelet stuffed with Padrón peppers
- Pionono with salmon and cream cheese

If your thing is to enjoy what they offer you, and let yourself be served by the most exceptional professionalism, Bodega Corisca catering is your thing, in our facilities and with the best decoration and atmosphere possible.
Our catering begins outside serving the starters, and then moves on to the winery tasting area and takes you through the menus prepared to accompany our wines.
